Key Responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing bill of materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with procurement strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing purchasing trends, supplier data, and internal procurement metrics.
- Manage program timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on time, including quoting, sourcing, and PO creation.
- Support purchasing teams in achieving annual savings targets through data-driven insights and process improvements.
- Work across all commodity categories, providing procurement support and analysis.
- Assist in supplier interactions to ensure smooth purchasing operations, but without direct negotiation or commercial responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, finance) to drive procurement efficiencies and support business needs.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track cost savings, supplier performance, and purchasing metrics.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or data analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track and meet program deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, cost analysis, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support procurement teams with data-driven insights.
- Professional Office Environment
- Must wear proper personal protection equipment if on manufacturing floor
- Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required
