This designer will be a creative powerhouse that will join our Design & Marketing Team! Responsibilities :
Social Media Content Creation : Design engaging visuals, animations, and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Video Production & Editing : Capture and edit promotional videos, jobsite walkthroughs, and employee spotlights to elevate our brand presence.
Motion Graphics : Design and animate compelling motion graphics and videos optimized for web, mobile, and social media.
On-Site Content Creation : Travel to jobsites to capture real-time content for marketing and social media.
UX / UI Design : Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for internal and external digital platforms.
Graphic Design : Develop and design digital and printed materials, execute proposals, create branding assets, design presentations, and produce marketing collateral.
Brand Innovation : Bring a fresh perspective to branding, storytelling, and audience engagement within the construction industry.
Collaboration : Work closely with the team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual content.
Storytelling : Develop compelling storyboards and create narratives that resonate with our audience.
Event Marketing : Assist in the planning, design, and execution of marketing materials for company events to enhance brand visibility.
Additional Responsibilities : Manage merchandising inventory, place orders, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in a design-related role (internships count!).
Bachelor Degree in a Design-related field (Graphic, Product, UX / UI, Multimedia Design)
Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of UX / UI design principles (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools).
Social media savvy understanding of trends, engagement tactics, and branding.
Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Collaborative approach comfortable working in an iterative environment, giving and receiving feedback.
