Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' respiratory needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.
- Clinical Experience: At least two years of clinical respiratory therapy experience, with a strong background in pulmonary rehabilitation and critical care.
- Education and Certification: Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Program and registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
