Key Responsibilities
- Makes appointments, including follow-up appointments, in a high customer service environment.
- Reviews and reconciles cash drawers daily.
- Performs non-clinical administrative duties, such as in-basket and telephone communication, documentation in medical records, and completion of insurance and/or disability forms.
A minimum of one year of recent registration or billing experience working in a medical facility is preferred. Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals is also preferred.
