Short Description
Prepare all food items for any type of function. Ensure the delivery or pick up is made in a timely manner. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of food storage, handling, department safety and sanitation as per policy.
Essential functions of the position are assembling, cutting, portioning and displaying a variety of foods.
Experience Required
1 year institutional food service experience.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Special Requirements
Able to follow written and oral instructions.
Basic understanding of sanitation.
