Established in 1977, Winesellers Limited has a wide distribution throughout all fifty states and is seeking an energetic and detail oriented professional to work part-time facilitating the smooth flow of materials, documents, and information.

How You Will Contribute

• Monitors project timelines and assists with customer service.
• Prepares and follows through on domestic orders.
• Enters sample orders.
• Provides support to the sales team.
• Assists with product transfers.
• Prepares folders and completes filing.
• Backs up the Domestic Order Manager and Direct Import Manager
• Assists with processing of credits and miscellaneous invoices.
• Performs cost auditing.
• Completes data entry into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central; prepares related reports.
• Coordinates product levels and shipping with different departments
• Communicates with internal teams to resolve potential delays that impact timely completion of tasks and projects; acts as an intermediary between departments to convey critical information.
• Assists with AR/AP duties and other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
  
  

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidates qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g. CPA, JD). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $30/hour and $35/hour.

Required Experience

About You

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or a similar role in logistics/operations
• High school diploma and some college level courses preferred.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Business Dynamics/Microsoft Business Central experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
