Short Description
- Provides support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing digital and PACS / RIS technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic / manual image and data storage, reporting, and distribution methodologies.
- Is able to multitask, which includes answering phones, greeting and interacting with staff for obtaining studies in the radiology information system.
- Interacts with other departments and co-workers to coordinate activities and gather patient information.
- Performs call-backs in a timely manner.
- Monitors workflow with the objective of expediting the patient importing and exporting of their images through our cloud-based imaging program.
Experience Required
Education Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent.
