Short Description
* Responsible for oversight of 5 outpatient rehabilitation offices: Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Glassboro, Moorestown, Camden MDA Center
* Responsible for overall goals and objectives of department
* Responsible for growth and direction of practice, including streamlining and standardizing processes
* Oversee clinical competencies of rehab staff
* Provide EOC rounds and upkeep of environment, equipment and facilities
* Responsible for oversight, mentoring, coaching, and counseling of clinical and support staff
* Responsible for day-to-day staffing and operations
* Perform annual evaluations for all staff within area of responsibility
* Responsible for the coordination of staff schedules, vacations, and coverage of clinic
* Participate in leadership rounds
* Participate in program development as a support service
* Responsible for all clinical activity in area of responsibility
* Works on organizational projects or committees as assigned by Director
* Supports regulatory compliance within the department
Experience Required
5 years leadership experience and/or an advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
License/Certification Requirements
Current NJ- Physical Therapy License
Current CPR Certification via American Heart Association
