Short Description
- Responsible for overall goals and objectives of department
- Responsible for growth and direction of practice, including streamlining and standardizing processes
- Oversee clinical competencies of rehab staff
- Provide EOC rounds and upkeep of environment, equipment and facilities
- Responsible for oversight, mentoring, coaching, and counseling of clinical and support staff
- Responsible for day to day staffing
- Perform annual evaluations for all staff within area of responsibility
- Responsible for the coordination of staff schedules, vacations, and coverage of clinic
- Participate in leadership rounds
- Participate in program development as a support service
- Payroll
- Responsible for all clinical activity in area of responsibility
- Works on organizational projects or committees as assigned by Director
- Supports regulatory compliance within the department
- Provides patient care at least 50% of worked time
Experience Required
5 years leadership experience and/or an advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree from an Accredited Allied Health Program
License/Certification Requirements
Current NJ- Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapy License
Current CPR Certification via American Heart Association
