Short Description
The Pharmacist provides review of medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens.
Experience Required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
Education Requirements
Doctorate Degree required
License/Certification Requirements
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
PGY-2
Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS) preferred.
