Short Description
Assist the Directors, Managers and Nurse Managers in maintaining appropriate staffing levels as required and in a cost-effective manner by utilizing Pool, reducing overtime, and eliminating agency usage whenever possible.
Experience Required
Previous experience with staff scheduling or related experience preferred
Interpersonal skills must be well-developed. Should possess the initiative and the ability to set and achieve high standards of performance. Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to learn specific job duties and complete detailed work assignments. Ability to conduct analysis and generate reports to reflect findings. Ability to perform the manipulation of numbers and basic math calculations.
Education Requirements
High School Graduate or GED, required
