Job Summary
The Vascular Technologist performs studies ordered by physicians, maintaining accurate records and ensuring equipment is in good working order through the Biomedical department.
All studies are conducted according to department policy and procedures, which are ICAVL accredited.
The technologist performs quarterly QA and assists with reaccreditation efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Vascular department
Certifications and Licenses
- NJ-ARRT License (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- NJ-RVT Certification (Registered Vascular Technologist)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
