Job Overview:
The QA Digital Data Intern will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of digital data, maintaining software, data collection programs, and PDF form creation. They will also manage SharePoint improvements and assist with QA Gauge maintenance and R&R study processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform software maintenance and testing for data collection programs.
Manage and create PDF forms as part of form management processes.
Maintain and improve SharePoint functionality and user interface (UI).
Oversee QA Gauge maintenance and conduct R&R studies.
Required Skills and qualifications:
Qualified candidates will be pursuing Engineering Degree, Computer Science.
Proficiency in Acrobat PDF creation and form design.
Experience with SharePoint maintenance, design, layout, security, and management.
Strong skills in Excel formatting and language usage.
Knowledge of data structure, analysis, and QA gauge systems.
Solutions-oriented with excellent time management skills and a focus on system performance improvements.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
