This full-time administrative position is primarily responsible for support of the Garden’s top three levels of membership, as well as general administrative support of the Development Department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written & oral communications, advanced interpersonal skills, strong project and time management skills, uttermost attention to detail, and the ability to develop and maintain good donor relations. A self-directed, team player with energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility is an ideal fit for this position. Full computer proficiency required. Competency with Raiser’s Edge a plus. Undergraduate degree required. 1-2 years Development experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Ensure concierge service and fulfillment of Circles membership benefits
- Correspondence with Circles members: emails, phone calls, letters, etc.
- Planning & implementation of annual Circles events, and cultivation/stewardship activities
- Oversight of Circles membership processing and execution including; preparation of renewals, gift acknowledgements, management of parking benefit, membership card printing, packet collation and mailing.
- Attend Garden programs and events, as appropriate
- Provide regular updates to Senior Development Officer of Individual Support
- Support of Development Department, as needed
- Maintain accurate donor records for input to Raiser’s Edge database and traditional paper file
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Development Officer, Individual Support
