Job Description:
An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in Cooperative Energy Company by driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships within the fuel, propane, c-store and oil industry. They focus on both existing clients and potential customers, ensuring exceptional service, product knowledge and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Sales and Pricing
- Product and Programs Knowledge
- Quoting Services and Presentations
- Energy Market Awareness
- Sales Data Tracking and Strategy Implementation
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience in inside sales, preferably within the fuel, propane, c-store or oil industry
- Strong communication skills, both written verbal.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their unique needs.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite And CRM Tools
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
