Job Summary: The Lubricant Delivery Person is responsible for the timely and efficient
delivery of lubricants to various customers, including businesses and individuals. This role
ensures that customers receive their products accurately and in good condition, while providing
excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Delivery: Transport and deliver lubricants to customers according to scheduled
routes and delivery instructions.
Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner,
addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload lubricants from the delivery vehicle,
ensuring products are handled with care.
Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of delivered products, manage stock
levels, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is
in good working condition.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper
handling and transportation of lubricants.
Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts and inventory
logs, accurately and promptly.
Route Planning: Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries and optimize
fuel usage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must have or be able to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL)..( CEC will assist with
training)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment: The Lubricant Delivery Person will spend a significant amount of time
driving and delivering products to various locations as well as time in warehouse.
