What You'll Do

• Safely transport grain and other agricultural products between farms, elevators, and processing facilities.
• Operate and maintain grain trucks and equipment to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading grain, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide exceptional service.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in operating grain trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and grain handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak harvest seasons.

Requirements

Grain Truck Driver

• Unload product according to delivery request
• Verify product listed on the ticket is loaded and delivered correctly
• Transfer product between locations
• Maintain grain quality, measure, and track grain inventory
• Perform basic grain handling; loading, and unloading
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance
• Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment
• Haul off farm and intercompany to locations
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General computer knowledge
• Class A CDL license or must be able to successfully complete the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required
• Ability to work long seasonal hours
• Ability to climb heights
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Detailed oriented to provide accurate and consistent work
• Excellent customer service skills
