What You'll Do
- Safely transport grain and other agricultural products between farms, elevators, and processing facilities.
- Operate and maintain grain trucks and equipment to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading grain, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide exceptional service.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in operating grain trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and grain handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak harvest seasons.

Grain Truck Driver
- Unload product according to delivery request
- Verify product listed on the ticket is loaded and delivered correctly
- Transfer product between locations
- Maintain grain quality, measure, and track grain inventory
- Perform basic grain handling; loading, and unloading
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance
- Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment
- Haul off farm and intercompany to locations
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General computer knowledge
- Class A CDL license or must be able to successfully complete the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) when required
- Ability to work long seasonal hours
- Ability to climb heights
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Detailed oriented to provide accurate and consistent work
- Excellent customer service skills
