Requirements
Assist customers with their home and kitchen designs and remodeling projects by providing courteous and interactive customer service that optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals.
Kitchen Designer
- Implement selling and operational kitchen design processes
- Draw and design the plan according to the customer’s needs
- Utilize selling tools as required 20/20 design software and other design tools
- Provide kitchen design assistance
- Provide creative solutions and design to meet or exceed customer’s needs
- Interact with customers to know about their needs, requirements, and budgetary limits
- Present products to customers suitable to attain their objectives in a timely fashion
- Create growth opportunities for the company
- Work within CFE processes and work to attain goals
- Kitchen Design Certification and/or 2 years of experience in a related area
- High level of creative, artistic, and innovative design skills
- Proficient in design/drawing software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Experience with maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Willingness to flex schedule in accordance with work that needs to be done at the location, including seasonal increases
