Description
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our relief/on-call team. Our relief staff provide crucial support across residential programs in the Northeast Region of MA, filling in as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with flexible or unpredictable schedules who are looking for impactful, rewarding work. Relief staff may receive regular hours and gain experience working in a variety of locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily living activities including meal prep, cleaning, laundry, and personal care.
- Promote engaging activities such as gardening, sports, arts, and music.
- Administer medications (MAP certification preferred; training provided).
- Provide transportation in company vehicles (valid driver’s license required).
- Monitor individuals’ health and well-being, and report any concerns.
- Help create a home-like environment that reflects individuals' personalities.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care in English.
- Ability to pass a CORI and Background check.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (training provided if needed).
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience as a Direct Support Professional, CNA, or PCA preferred.
Salary : $20 - $20
