Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative
Location : Bronx, NY
Status : Full-Time -35 Hours Per Week
Salary : $19.00 Per hour
CHCA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, with exceptional customer service skills and call center background professional who is enthusiastic and motivated to join our team.
Responsibilities :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will :
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate responses.
- Assess and troubleshoot callers’ needs, transferring calls to appropriate staff as needed.
- Welcome and assist visitors, referring them to the appropriate personnel.
- Initiate intake applications for the Workforce Development Department.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
- Prepare and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for paraprofessional staff.
- Coordinate room reservations and food orders for company activities and meetings.
- Maintain authorizations for check pick-up and oversee check distributions.
- Distribute notices and other miscellaneous documents.
- Support multiple departments when required.
- Demonstrate eagerness to assist customers and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
