Responsibilities :
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide desktop, application, and network support to employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain end-user equipment (PCs, MACs, printers, copiers, and phones).
- Support employees with voicemail setup, retrieval, and phone system configurations.
Systems Administration & IT Infrastructure
Project Support & Documentation
Training & Employee Support
Social Media & Digital Content Support Assist in designing and executing social media campaigns.
