What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/RN 12hr day shifts position at Cooperative Home Care?
We are searching for an LPN or RN to join our team working on a special case! This is a 28-yo client who needs a nurse immediately. If you are interested in private duty care that still gives you some freedom in your schedule, this may be a good fit for you!
Position Schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, negotiable on end times)
Position Location: Wentzville, MO 63385
Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on previous experience!
Daily responsibilities
- Assist PEDS client with family/social activities and actively promote independence at home and school.
- Responsible for identification of PEDS client medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plan.
- Provide daily reports concerning PEDS client conditions, care, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services for PEDS client and assist in the coordination of nursing care in the home environment.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license valid in Missouri
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the client while on duty
- CPR Certification
