Cooperative Home Care is a 39-year-old family-owned home care company seeking a full-time personal assistant/organizer for our owner.
- We need a pro-active, self-motivated individual to maintain our owner’s mainly personal calendar, with superior efficiency and charisma.
- YOU MUST BE TECH SAVVY; it will benefit you in conducting research as well as organizing complex travel plans and maintaining his social media accounts.
- Your reliability is also key as you will be expected to read, monitor, and respond to his emails, always handling potentially sensitive information in a trustworthy manner.
- Finally, a calm and cool demeanor will set the tone for productive working days at our owner’s office and in any meetings with community contacts and colleagues alike.
Duties you will perform include, but are not limited to:
- Setting appointments, returning phone calls and emails, managing personal calendar
- Maintaining LinkedIn and other social media accounts-Keeping licenses and other documents current for cars, motorcycles, and other properties
- Making and managing travel plans
- Managing housekeepers, maintenance crew, and other household staff
