Community Living Supervisor II/LPN Role
The Community Living Supervisor II/LPN is responsible for enriching the lives of people with varied disabilities through supervision and implementation of various services.
These services include case management, transportation, developing social relationships, and providing support in recreational, therapeutic, and personal living skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and implementing services to meet individual needs
- Providing guidance and support in areas such as life skills, social skills, and community integration
- Maintaining knowledge of learning styles, strengths, and support needs
- Ensuring skills are taught accordingly
