GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
The QA Systems Manager works under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, and in coordination with the Director of Residential Services, Director of Specialized Services, and Director of Day Services, in ensuring and implementing effective and efficient quality assurance systems across agency service components by providing additional oversight to residential and day programs and conducting regular reviews.
