Description:
At Cooperative Systems, client relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain existing client account relationships and overall customer satisfaction.
- Generate proposals and quotations for solutions and services within Cooperative Systems’ approved technology standards. Follow up as appropriate.
- Prepare for & carry out Strategic Business Review meetings with existing clients on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure effective and speedy resolution of support incidents.
- Performs customer analysis to identify products or solutions to benefit the customer’s business, as well as ensure target gross margins are being delivered.
- Triage of emergency/escalated customer inquiries when necessary.
- Work with Customer Service Coordinator & Service Delivery Teams as necessary to provide coordination and communication between Client and Cooperative Systems
- Provide ideas/insights as to new processes & procedures that could benefit the company or customer.
- Exhibit personal qualities of Cooperative Systems’ core values (Personable, accountable, adaptable, dedicated to success)
- Meet (at a minimum) company Service Level Agreements.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years in Customer Service, Business Development, or other relevant or related field preferably within the IT Industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer service feedback.
- Excellent computer skills that include a working knowledge of relevant Microsoft products.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
