Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Serve food and beverages in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, offering assistance as required.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup, serving, and cleanup.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with the food service industry.
