Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Paralegal role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, due diligence, title insurance, leases, commercial real estate, and other tasks as assigned by a supervising attorney.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation, Due Diligence, and Title Insurance
- Experience with Real Estate Closings and Title Reviews
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Leases and Commercial Real Estate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field
- Paralegal certification is a plus
