Salary Range: 10.35 USD HOURLY
Overview:
The Beer Garden Bartender at the Cooperstown All Star Village/Bullpen provides service to take orders for beverages and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities:

Greets customers as they are at the bar; ensures the area is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided as needed.

Answers questions regarding the menu and bar

Delivers beverages, and other requested items to customers.

Maintain beer garden area. Clean and pick up trash as needed.

Collects empty cans after customers finish their drinks.

Prepares customers checks and collects payments.

Put up umbrellas and put out chairs daily before morning shifts and put them away at night.

Restock bar area and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.

Must successfully complete restaurant training course.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask.

Well-organized with ability to take and place beverage orders accurately.

Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
Preferred:
-
Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
-
Must be able to lift, balance, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
