Salary Range: $1200-1400 USD WEEKLY
Summary:
As a member of The Cooperstown All Star Village team you will be working under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director. Your duties will range from checkout, stocking and organizing, inventory, cleaning, cooking and providing world class customer service to our teams and families that enter our complex.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our food and beverage team, you will work under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director, and be accountable to the following responsibilities:

Hire, train, and mentor concessions staff, fostering a strong service-oriented culture

Monitor staffing levels, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet demand.

Uphold and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Oversee all concessions food and beverage inventory in proper, food safe, areas.

Complete daily and monthly inventory of all food and beverage items as well as rotating stock.

Manage and maintain daily sales and reports.

Become adaptable to work environment with the variety of concessions stands we offer.

Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within concession stands, dining areas, and workspaces.

Routinely clean, disinfect, and polish displays in the workspace.
Qualifications:
We require:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations.

Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance standards.

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:

Routinely required to work extended hours of time including weekdays/nights, and weekends.

Must be able to move quickly to assist customers, reach for high placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb stairs.

Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Stand for long periods of time.

Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust and particles, and loud noises.
