Salary Range: $17.00 to 20.00 USD HOURLY
Summary:
As a member of The Cooperstown All Star Village medical team you will be working under the direction of the Medical Director. This position requires an organized individual that can work independently. This individual must work well with other staff.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our medical office team, you will work under the direction of the Medical Director, and be accountable to the following responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephones and making outgoing calls. This includes keeping current with the voicemail regularly.

Responding to all incoming and outgoing e-mail.

Responding to parents questions regarding the players registration forms.

Filling in blank spaces on the registration forms and reaching out to any and all parents and teams that have not completed the registration forms.

Recording all input from parents in the Team file.

Alphabetizing all player rosters, Team folders, etc.

Keeping a tidy, organized work area and office

Taking good notes and communicate to coworkers in the event of absence.

Organize ALL incident reports as they come in.

Advise the supervisor of needed supplies, shortages, etc.

Must be able to operate a handheld 2-way radio and make sure they are charged, rotating as necessary.

Must have good communication skills.

Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum must have High School Diploma/be currently attending a local high school/GED

Ability to work during the day or evening as determined by supervisor

Required?to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
