Overview:
The Security Guard at Cooperstown All Star Village is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for youth players, guests, and staff. Typical duties include onsite monitoring of the premises, enforcing safety and security procedures, and responding to security incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the companys premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure.
- Provide conflict resolution for incidents that happen on the companys premises.
- ??Physical security and personnel security knowledge.
- ??Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property.
- Using communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- ??Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Preferred:
- Additional security or law enforcement training preferred.
- Experience in private security preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
