Salary Range: 15.50 USD Hourly
Summary:
As a member of The Cooperstown All Star Village team you will be working under the direction of the Executive Chef. Your duties will consist of assisting the service and culinary departments and providing world-class customer service to our teams and families that enter our complex.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our food and beverage team, you will work under the direction of the Executive Chef, and be accountable to the following responsibilities:

Responsible for team dining buffet and replenishment.

Maintains accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness

Assist in routine cleaning of team dining area including daily cleaning of equipment and implements, sanitizing food preparation surfaces and tables.

Able to move at least 40 pounds

Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours?

Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once?

Ability to remain calm under stressful situations?

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment?

Performs other related duties as assigned?
