Cooperstown Experience is looking for a dependable and experienced Office Administrator for immediate hire. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing multi-entertainment business currently in development, featuring multiple restaurants, an arcade, and youth baseball and softball fields.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of business operations by performing administrative tasks and organizational responsibilities.
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Conduct research and prepare statistical reports
- Maintain records and handle confidential information
- Assist with human resources administration
- Coordinate projects and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Utilize in-bound and out-bound telemarketing skills
- Provide customer service and assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and strong computer skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay: $18–$28 per hour, based on experience.
