This role involves accurately managing HR data and using analytics to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The position focuses on continuous improvement, applying data-driven methodologies to refine HR practices and enhance efficiency. With strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of HR systems, the HR Data and Process Analyst contributes to the strategic development of HR initiatives and ensures the ongoing advancement of the Global HR Shared Services team.
