The Director of Human Resources position is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the alignment of business objectives for employees and management. This role will be an active member of the Sr. Leadership team, maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
Salary Range:
$136,198 - $209,535 per year, including cost of living adjustments.
Job Description:
This position leads the HR function for all employees in the West Henrietta, New York office, and serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues. The successful HR Director will act as an employee advocate and change agent, as well as assess and anticipate HR-related needs.
