Work location: Trumbull, CT
The Production Specialist- EZ Tip will assemble components for stock and assembly into higher-level finished products using hand tools, wire harness, epoxies, and fasteners in accordance with current blueprints and method sheets.
- Performs various assembly duties as instructed by cell lead.
- Inspects work to ensure a quality product.
- Maintain daily production log as required and completes all paperwork accurately.
- Computer knowledge (loading software) is desired.
- Maintains a clean work environment and assist in daily housekeeping.
- Adheres to all company policies.
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
- Work well with others.
- Share ideas openly and works in a team environment.
- Performs additional duties or assignments as required by management.
- Lift up to 40Lbs occasionally.
- Follows all Method Sheets, SOP's, BSR's, and written/verbal instructions.
You Have:
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
- Brazing and Soldering a plus.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge encouraged.
- Strong working knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to work with epoxies and solvents.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read and understand written procedures (in English).
