For more information, visit Scope : The Senior Manager, Global Professional Affairs, is an Optometrist / Eye Care Professional who works closely with Global and Regional Professional Affairs and Marketing teams, as well as cross-functionally with Global Clinical & medical Affairs, R&D. Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Regulatory Affairs. The role is responsible for generating product, portfolio and other strategic educational content to support the 1 day & FRP core business. Job Summary : The role of Global Professional Affairs Senior Manager for 1 Day & FRP involves developing high quality and impactful professional messaging on core soft contact lens-related products and topics for use across CooperVision markets worldwide.This role requires forming strong partnerships and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups in both the Global and Regional teams including Professional Affairs, Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, R&D and Communications, in addition to working with external partners and key opinion leaders. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.#LI-AM2Essential Functions & Accountabilities : Partner with Global Brand Marketing and Regional Professional Affairs, lead markets, and cross functional stakeholders to develop and deploy education, tools and materials that align to the Professional Affairs strategy and plans for the core business across the regions. This will include : category development with focus on 1 Day new wearers and switches; on toric and multifocal lenses, contact lens product and generic education, clinical articles, presentations and other marketing content.Provide educational and technical support for new 1 Day and FRP product launches and for existing key products, aligning initiatives according to brand and commercial imperatives and making CVI soft contact lenses easy to fit and prescribe.Evaluate competitive landscape and provide PA input to Global and Regional markets including FAQ and objection-handling Responsible for execution of annual trade article plan for 1 Day & FRP (dissemination of science) and tracking market activity, Responsible for the translation of newly generated science on 1 Day & FRP related topics from trade shows and conferencesSupport Brand Marketing and Clinical Affairs colleagues in the development of desired marketing claims to inform clinical study design and work with Medical Affairs colleagues to deploy and disseminate the outputs of these clinical studies.Partner with Global Communications and Digital Marketing teams to ensure educational and product support objectives (including direct to ECP, ECP-to-consumer, and direct to consumer) are achieved through a comprehensive communications strategy.
