Join Cooperton and help us continue to deliver exceptional IT solutions that make a difference.In This Position, You Will : Provide expert analysis and consultation for technical issues related to client technological platforms, diagnosing problems, testing solutions, and advising clients on best practices.Design, build, and optimize secure communication networks tailored to client needs.Maintain and secure client networks by implementing robust security protocols, configuring hardware, and promoting end-user awareness.Monitor and troubleshoot network and system failures, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to ensure continuous operation.Test and configure software and hardware to ensure seamless LAN and WAN connectivity.Evaluate network performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements.Plan and execute network upgrades and maintenance with minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.To Be Considered, You Will Need : Experience : 5 years of proven experience in network administration, including configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls, switches, and related hardware (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto).Demonstrated expertise in network security protocols such as VPN, IPS / IDS, and encryption.Experience with network performance monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds) and scripting / automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).Certifications : Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network , Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent.Skills : Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve network issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and deliver end-user training.Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Cooperton is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
