Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Global Product Manager to join our Global IVF Equipment Product Management team, reporting to the Global Product Director – IVF Equipment.
In this role, you will be driving portfolio strategies, tactical marketing planning and product lifecycle management activities for select solutions in our broad market leading fertility equipment portfolio (medical devices). You will have a global role, with special focus on supporting the North American market, to ensure we maintain a competitive offering that maximizes short-term and long-term profitable growth.
To do this successfully, you will be working closely with the global commercial teams and a broad range of internal stakeholders including R&D, Regulatory, Pricing, Business Development. Being part of the global marketing team, you will be supported by your colleagues around the world.
To provide optimal support to the North American market this role with be based in US, close to our Livingston NJ office.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Develop strong portfolio strategies and roadmaps with cross-functional alignment based on in-depth knowledge of IVF market trends, competitors, customer (unmet) needs and growth opportunities.
- Create and execute global marketing plans in line with overall Fertility business priorities to drive increased adoption and awareness.
- Collaborate with global commercial teams, and specifically the North American market, to support local marketing activities, capture market insights and develop business growth initiatives increased sales and market share.
- Enhance the marketing toolbox based on strong positioning and evidence supporting the value proposition in collaboration with MarCom, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams.
- Act as customer and commercial champion in R&D innovation projects and drive impactful launches in collaboration with commercial leadership team.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the performance (financially and clinically) of your portfolio to ensure profitable growth and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Drive product lifecycle activities to streamline the portfolio and ensure it meets the company’s high-quality standards.
- Travel domestically in North America and internationally up to 20% (50 days) per year will be required, conditional to business need.

- Knowledge from high-tech medical devices and/or in-vitro-fertilization (IVF) are considered key advantages.
- Proven success in build compelling business cases, and effective go-to-market plans.
- Solid experience in conducting market analysis and capturing voice of customer.
- Proven ability to run multiple tasks concurrently in a high-paced working environment comfortable with sometimes short deadlines.
- Ability to navigate in a complex, global matrix organization and communicate effectively and confidently at all organizational levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and cultures
- Team player but able to work independently effectively.
- Advanced skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with the global product marketing discipline, preferably from medical devices, pharma industry or other LifeScience Industry
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science
- Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $101,719 and $169,531. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
