Door to Door Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our Door to Door sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Potential Customers: Reach out to people at their homes to explain our client's products to them.
• Manage Your Area: Plan and organize how to cover your sales area and handle your daily tasks efficiently.
• Take Responsibility: Contribute to the company’s overall strategy and take responsibility for your work and performance.
• Meet Sales Goals: Consistently hit your weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Share Customer Feedback: Provide useful customer insights during team discussions to help improve our sales approach.
• Use Technology: Use sales tools to track your progress, manage customer accounts, and report on your activities

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Door to Door sales, retail or outside sales, with a strong understanding of territory management.
• We’re looking for top performers with a desire to grow and make an impact on others.
• Prior sales experience in any field is good to have. 
• Excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience in Field or Door to Door sales is preferred; familiarity with Energy sales is a plus.
• Strong lead generation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
