What You’ll Do:
✅ Territory Development & Sales Prospecting
- Build and execute strategic plans to grow your assigned territory
- Identify and engage with small to mid-sized business decision-makers
- Use tools like CRM, phone outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and in-person visits to prospect new business
✅ Solution-Based Selling
- Learn and represent a full suite of services: Managed Print, IT services, and business communications solutions
- Assess customer pain points and present customized solutions that improve productivity and reduce cost
✅ Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact for your book of business
✅ Collaboration & Execution
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales engineers, service, support) to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Track activities and pipeline in CRM and hit key milestones
What You Bring:
- 1 years of outside sales or B2B sales experience (preferred, but we’ll train hungry talent)
- Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, or cold calling
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to build trust fast
- Results-driven, highly organized, and self-motivated with a desire to WIN
- Bonus: Experience selling in technology, managed services, office equipment, or IT
