Coordinated Services of Idaho is seeking a Service Coordinator/ Plan Developers for the Coeur d’ Alene, Hayden, and Post Falls area. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the coordination and delivery of services to meet the unique needs of each individual. If you are looking for an opportunity to utilize your skills in relationship building, coordinating and social work, this is the perfect position for you. This position will start off with only a few hours a week but could work into a full-time position if interested. It will start at $22.00 an hour while training but then increase based on experience once training is over.

Position requires:
· A Bachelor’s degree in a human service field
· Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
· Must be able to pass a background check.
· Have valid car insurance and drivers license.
· Must have your own laptop and cell phone to use for work purposes.
Job duties include:
- Monitoring and coordinating services.
- Developing service plans and assessments
- Participating in team meetings with other providers
- Documenting services provided
- Linking clients to available resources within the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, and other team members.
