- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a healthcare-related field of study.
- Minimum two years of work experience in data management with a demonstrated working knowledge of quality and data management or research procedures. Experience in population health, data management field, and/or care management arena preferred.
- Experience in data collection, cleaning, storage and distribution required. Expertise in data acquisition methodology, data organization, data analysis, and database management.
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with internal and external stakeholders, as well as conduct telephonic surveys to clients.
- Exercises excellent organizational and time management skills to meet/exceed deadlines and performance expectations of The Center.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data management and reporting platforms, including, but not limited to MS Word, Teams and Excel.
What You Will Do
The Associate Data Analyst (ADA) is a member of Quality Improvement and Outcomes Management (QIOM) Division and part of The Centers multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily responsible for gathering, validating, and processing performance data required for quality and outcome measurement and improvement activities across the organization. The ADA is responsible for managing QIOM administrative tasks and conducting, collecting and entering client responses for the ongoing client satisfaction monitoring process at The Center. The position collaborates with program and operation teams to support data acquisition and management. Under the direction of the Director of QIOM, this position provides QIOM functions for multiple program and department areas within the organization. The position directly reports to the Director of the QIOM Division.
As the Associate Data Analyst, you will:
- Support quality control processes to promote compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation, and company policies.
- Collaborate with QIOM team members and the program team to support ongoing data needs and task completion.
- Conduct audits, observations, and reviews designed to gather performance and outcome related data/information.
- Utilize The Centers data management tools and software to extract, clean, and organize data from internal and external information systems (e.g., Carma, LTSS, CRISP).
- Perform quality monitoring and reporting activities from multiple data sources according to established deadlines to support improvement activities.
- Interact with other departments and coworkers and communicates issues, concerns and follow-up requirements to the Director, QIOM, in a timely manner.
- Provide support for accreditation, reporting, and contract related quality activities.
- Collect, input and store data related to client and customer satisfaction.
- Administers client/customer satisfaction data acquisition process (e.g., telephonic, email, mail).
- Manage the complaint log and QIOM activity log processes. Monitor and distributes complaints received through The Centers complaint log system. Complete and stores associated documentation per department standard.
- Manage and maintain quality information per privacy and organizational confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings and gathers information to support lean operations with the QIOM division.
- Support the Director, QIOM, to research information to support best practices, accreditations, or similar tasks.
- Collect, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes, as requested.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.44-$28.84 and comes with all of our full time benefits.
