Coors Remodeling, Inc. has an opening for an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our Lafayette, IN team as our new part-time Customer Service Representative . This role is the face and voice of our business, and your goal is to leave a positive impression on every person who reaches out to us.
Earning $12.00 - $16.00 / hour , you speak with customers, answer their questions, and direct their messages to the right department. If you join us full-time, you also receive great benefits such as :

AVERAGE DAY
In this role, you handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Using Buildertrend, you accurately input client info, follow up with leads, and document customer activities. Attention to detail is crucial as you vet clients, take messages, and set appointments.
Your main focus is to make it easy for clients to connect to the appropriate services and to keep our staff well-organized. A team player, you also jump in to help your coworkers and do whatever is necessary to ensure every day is smooth and successful. If you're friendly, helpful, and ready to excel, we want to hear from you!
YOUR SCHEDULE
Available working hours are from Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm and Friday, 8 : 00 am - 12 : 00 pm.
