Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Representative
Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in customer communication? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional support, and ensure a seamless experience. These are in-person, non-remote position(s) that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for outstanding service.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Answer incoming phone calls for multiple departments
- Make outbound phone calls to customers
- Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Stay informed about product updates, sales promotions, and company policies
- Manage spreadsheets and log information across multiple screens/tabs
- Schedule and follow up on appointments
- Communicate missed opportunities or escalated calls to upper management
- Work in a team environment to deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree beneficial)
- 1-2 years of office setting experience
- Enjoy talking on the phone and assisting customers
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Team player mentality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver mindset—sees opportunities, not obstacles
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Preferably bilingual
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
- Customer service-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
