Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic new leader for our management team. We work in a fast paced, high volume environment that focuses on guest satisfaction. We achieve this goal by hiring managers who have attention to detail and consistency combined with the ability to train and mentor staff members by leading through example.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily procedures are performed at a high level.
- Encourages staff to promote a fun energetic experience for each guest by leading by example.
- Assist in daily financial reporting and audits ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Assists all aspects of the store as needed, from front of house responsibilities like backing up our host staff to back of house responsibilities such as assisting the kitchen staff to manage breaks.
- Maintain quality standards set by Cootie Browns, the Health Department, and the Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar retail role is preferred, but at least one year of experience in a restaurant is sufficient.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
