Job Summary
As a compassionate BCBA, you’ll assess, develop, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support youth aged 11-18 with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a residential treatment setting. You’ll collaborate closely with families, staff, clinicians, and stakeholders to foster positive behavioral outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with families, staff, clinicians, and stakeholders to foster positive behavioral outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and devise evidence-based behavior support plans.
- Train and model intervention techniques for staff and caregivers.
- Analyze and monitor data to ensure the efficacy of programs.
- Develop skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction procedures.
- Provide BCBA supervision for certification-seeking individuals and RBT-level staff.
- Collaborate with treatment teams, guardians, and external stakeholders.
- Attend clinical meetings, IEPs, and staffings as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Certification: Master’s in Behavioral Health, BCBA certification, and Arizona Behavior Analyst License (or in process).
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise working with youth in behavioral health settings.
- Compliance Requirements:
- Satisfactory background check.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Level 1 AZ fingerprint clearance card.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in ABA methodologies and program development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency for data entry and analysis.
