Who we need
As a compassionate BCBA, you'll assess, develop, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support youth aged 11-18 with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a residential treatment setting. You'll collaborate closely with families, staff, clinicians, and stakeholders to foster positive behavioral outcomes.
