The Digital Program & Project Manager serves as a primary resource for staff and provides program and project management, oversight, direction, development, problem resolution and inter-department coordination. Digital programs and projects include, but are not limited to, member-facing and internal staff technology implementations, process optimization and digital direct-to-member activation strategies. We are looking for a strategic, confident self-starter who can successfully manage multiple projects while assisting in the design, development, implementation and tracking of innovative programs. You will work closely with IT, outpatient sites and clinical services, programs, and administrative teams.

Who we need:
The Digital Program & Project Manager serves as a primary resource for staff and provides program and project management, oversight, direction, development, problem resolution and inter-department coordination. We are looking for a strategic, confident self-starter who can successfully manage multiple projects while assisting in the design, development, implementation and tracking of innovative programs. You will work closely with IT, outpatient sites and clinical services, programs, and administrative teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum four (4) years of experience concurrently managing multiple digital programs or projects in a cross-functional environment with aggressive delivery deadlines
- Ability to think strategically and adeptly manage change
- High comfort level with using business-oriented technology (e.g., Office suite, Smartsheet, Visio or Lucidchart, project management tools, etc.)
- High comfort level working with executives, clinicians, and end-users
- Lead the coordination of multi-disciplinary and inter-department work groups, including peer groups, to effectively address digitization of care and quality programs, telehealth and digital member activation related issues and opportunities.
- Coordinate third party vendor evaluations and recommendations.
- Work with third party vendors and internal development teams to implement technology and workflows across multiple use cases.
- Program and project manage inter-team and inter-department initiatives by building relationships, driving milestone completion, communicating project status and open issues, preparing reports, managing change, and facilitating status meetings.
- Facilitate training sessions for the program, operational and clinical teams.
- Utilize sound judgment in assessing project health - identifying, mitigating, and resolving project issues and risks to on-time project delivery.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop growth strategies that leverage technology to serve hard-to-reach populations.
- Maintain industry expertise, track trends and new product ideas.
- Develop and ensure program metrics, goals, and projects are documented, executed, tracked, and accomplished on a weekly basis.
- Establish appropriate timelines for projects, ensure that deliverables are being met according to plan, and raise any risk items to leadership.
- Provide innovative critical thinking skills; dissect and resolve root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Facilitate inter-department team meetings, as necessary, to ensure progress goals are met and the team is continuously learning from the past.
- Look beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities
- To ensure compliance & adequate services, additional job duties may be required to meet the needs of the program and department.
